Youth Outreach

Real support. No judgement. Wherever you're at.

The Youth Outreach Team (YOT) provides free, flexible outreach support for young people aged 12-25 across Melbourne's north and west.
We work alongside you to understand what's going on, build on your strengths, and connect you to the right support, whether that's around mental health, alcohol and other drug use, identity, neurodiversity, disability or other life challenges.

What this actually means:
  • You're in charge: we listen to what matters to you and build on your strengths
  • You'll be respected: your identity, culture and experiences are safe with us
  • No judgement: we focus on keeping you safe and supporting you at your own pace
  • We work around you: we meet you where you feel most comfortable
You don't need to have everything figured out. We'll meet you where you're at.
