Outreach & Counselling

If you can't get to us, we can come to you

Our approach to outreach is pretty simple - we meet young people where they are at. Our outreach and counselling services provide flexible access to a range of support services to connect at-risk young people aged 12 to 25 years across Melbourne with individualised and tailored supports across a range of housing, mental health, alcohol and other drugs, vaping, healthcare, family & social, education, training, employment and crisis support services.

Through our youth outreach and counselling programs, young people can access a range of wraparound services to better support each young person to achieve their individual goals and aspirations.

Our approach to outreach is flexible to ensure that the support that you receive meets your needs. This includes the ability for our Outreach Workers to meet you in places and spaces in which you feel safe, and offer privacy within your local community.

In-school & in-community supports

We work collaboratively with a range of  schools and local community groups across Melbourne to ensure early intervention and offer a range of targeted education and harm minimisation programs to better meet they needs of young people, and meet them where they are at.

If you're interested in our in-school or community collaborations, please reach out to our Outreach team for a chat.
