A bit about the role The Recruitment Partner works to sales targets and key performance indicators, within the standards of Disability Employment and continuously seeks to further customer and employer acquisition through exceptional customer service. This position is based out of our Glenroy HQ with outreach work across North Western and North Eastern Melbourne regions. Here are some of things you could expect to be doing in your first month: Commencing eligible young people with a disability into Youth Projects Leading in the design, development and delivery of innovative place-based work readiness activities and industry tasters Undertaking active Business Development and develop key stakeholder relationships Completing case management of young people Facilitating one-on-one coaching of young people Participate in team and 1:1 coaching session Leading the development of employer and industry relationships to achieve sustainable job placements for young people Data entry… we all have to do it Developing and maintaining effective partnerships and relationships with key stakeholders Conducting supported referrals across a range of domains Undertaking professional develop to grow within your role For more information on this position please download the Success Profile (Job description). A bit about us We are an independent, registered charity providing front line support to young people and individuals experiencing disadvantage, unemployment, homelessness, alcohol and other drug issues. We also help those looking to re-engage with learning and employment. Last year our highly skilled multi-disciplinary team, helped 15,288 people through face-to-face contacts at The Living Room, 1,243 young people through our employment and training programs and dispensed over 1.3 million safe injecting kits through our needle exchange program.
