Trainees and their host employers will receive intensive support by our Youth Engagement Coaches to maximise engagement and completion of traineeships. Additional supports may be available through our Flexible Wrap-Around Support Fund to provide tailored support to ensure trainees can remain engaged in their studies and employment throughout the traineeship period.
