At Youth Projects, we want to know what your experience has been like.

If something didn’t feel right, if something could be better, or if you just want to tell us what went well, we want to hear it. What you tell us helps us make our services safer and better for you and other young people.

What Happens When You Share Feedback

When you give us feedback:

  • Someone will read it

  • We keep it private

  • We take it seriously

  • We share it with our leaders so things can improve

Your feedback is never ignored! Tell us what you think. Your ideas help us make things better.

SHARE your feedback

It's Safe to Speak Up

You can give feedback with your name or without it - it's your choice.

Speaking up will not change the support you get now or later. You won't get in trouble for being honest. We want to know the truth... even when it's hard to say.

If you are worried about someone's safety, including your own, we will take it seriously and do what we can to keep people safe.

TELL US, WE'RE HERE TO HELP

Your Voice Helps Make Things Better

We work with young people to design and improve our services. This means your ideas help shape what we do. When you share your feedback, you help make Youth Projects better for you and for other young people.

Thank you for taking the time to tell us what you think. It takes courage to speak up, and we respect that!

Your voice matters. We are listening. And we will act.
