Youth Northern Outreach Team (YNOT) HOW WE CAN HELP We work with young people aged 12-25 to provide flexible, judgement-free support around alcohol, drugs and vaping. We use a harm-reduction approach that puts YOU in control. We can help you to: Work out what support you need and create a plan that fits your life Access counselling, education and practical help Learn harm-reduction and coping strategies to stay safe and well Build routines, confidence and overall wellbeing Strengthen support networks and relationships (including family, if you want) Get connected to treatment, health or other support services including detox, rehab, or specialist mental health.
