HOW WE CAN HELP

We work with young people aged 12-25 to provide flexible, judgement-free support around alcohol, drugs and vaping. We use a harm-reduction approach that puts YOU in control.

We can help you to:

  • Work out what support you need and create a plan that fits your life
  • Access counselling, education and practical help
  • Learn harm-reduction and coping strategies to stay safe and well
  • Build routines, confidence and overall wellbeing
  • Strengthen support networks and relationships (including family, if you want)
  • Get connected to treatment, health or other support services including detox, rehab, or specialist mental health.
