Our website is hosted on the Joyful platform and Joyful provide us with the online fundraising platform that allows us to share content, stories, collect information, fundraise and deliver effective services and programs to you.

A breach or violation of any of these Terms of Use will result in an immediate termination of your services and/or access.

We only use personal information for the purpose(s) to which the information was requested and has been consented to, or for the purposes directly connected to one of our services, programs, events, activities or marketing. We do not provide or share your personal information with or to any other bodies, parties, individuals or entities not directly linked to or part of Youth Projects Ltd unless otherwise required or authorised by law, or reasonably necessary for the enforcement of a criminal law or imposing pecuniary penalty, or for the protection of an individual within the rights of the law.

By sharing any user generated content visible and accessible to Youth Projects Ltd on this website or any of our social media platforms, you give permissions to repurpose and share that content if it is relevant to Youth Projects Ltd. Donations, account & billing info

We reserve the right to refuse any payment you submit to Youth Projects Ltd via this website using our sole discretion. In the event that we make any changes to, refund or cancel a payment made through this website we may attempt to notify you by contacting you via any or all of the details you provided as part of the payment process. 

You agree to provide accurate, true and non-fraudulent payment and account information for all donations and payments made through our website. You agree to update your account information, including personal and contact details and any billing information (i.e. credit card number, expiration date, et. al) so that we can complete transactions and contact you wherever appropriate and/or necessary.

Any information shared and/or submitted during a financial transaction on our website will be securely managed by the respective payment gateway provider (PayPal & Stripe). Those payment gateway providers are responsible for informing you about their own privacy practices.

By donating to Youth Projects, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions including our refund policy. Please review the following prior to making your donation.

At times, we may need to alter, change or re-direct funds donated to Youth Projects Ltd to respond to any unforeseeable crisis or financial priority. We reserve the right to make that change at our sole discretion. In the event of this occurring, Youth Projects Ltd will endeavour to contact you to notify of the change and offer a refund of your payment. In the event where no refund is issued, you agree to Youth Projects Ltd re-directing your donation accordingly. You can view publicly available financial information by reading our Financial Reports freely available on this website.

Any information you provide is strictly for internal purposes only and your information will not be sold to any third party.

Refunds & cancellations

A refund may be available if you make an error in your donation. Any refunds will be made by credit to the card used for the original purchase or donation. If you make an error please, email [email protected]  as soon as possible. Donations cannot be cancelled if we have already notified a third party of its receipt.

We love connecting with people to ensure you have full access to opportunities or information that may be relevant to you or a social cause. • Complaints are an expression of dissatisfaction about Youth Projects policies, service delivery or how we conduct our business
