With a workforce of change makers that are out in our community literally changing and saving lives 365 days a year the least we can do is provide them with a great work environment. At Youth Projects, we are always looking for ways to better and understand what our crew really value. We are able to use this feedback to adjust how we support them and align with our crew’s needs. No business can succeed without great people and having a team who are engaged and feeling valued enables us to continue changing and saving lives.
