Barista/Cafe Allrounder About the Role We're on lookout for creative baristas that can not only brew the finest coffee but will bring a unique style to our social enterprise café, The Little Social located inside the state of the art Education & Innovation Hub at The Alfred hospital. As Baristas at The Little Social, you will be playing a critical role in helping us build an impactful social enterprise business whilst mentoring and providing hands on training for at-risk young people to set them on a path to sustainable employment beyond The Little Social. We're looking for people who are masters of customer service and bring barista skills that will help us create a unique and socially conscious experience behind every purchase. Your talent, expertise and passion for high quality service will emanate through every coffee and customer interaction. The role requires high energy and motivation, allowing for you to work autonomously with tasks at hand. Your team will be an eclectic mix of hospitality experts and youth specialists.
