Based on our conversations and the information you provided to Centrelink, you are already working or studying (and actively engaged at that!)

Continuing to do this for at least 25 hours a week (or "full time study") means that you are meeting your requirements - yay!

If your hours drop, you may need to engage in another activity or job search to meet your requirements. We will speak to you, your employer and/or your teacher to confirm your hours and support you to meet your requirements.

If you are working, you must:

  1. Report your earnings to Centrelink (accurately) each fortnight: watch how
  2. Forward your payslips to us on a fortnightly basis so we can ensure you are meeting your requirements. Email them to [email protected]

If you are studying, you must:

  1. Make sure that we know about this! Contact us via this form to let us know.
  2. Engage in your full time study on an ongoing basis

We are still here to support you on an ongoing basis - click here to see how.

In some circumstances, we can also help you with workwear, course costs, tickets, etc. this is what happens next for you: Post Placement Checklist

We pride ourselves on individualized support, but due to a huge (and we mean HUGE) influx of young people needing jobs through our programs we've had to do things a little differently. If you'd like to share some feedback (good and bad!) please email us.
