Youth Projects Employment Services takes a holistic approach and provides personalised, tailored support, addressing both vocational and vocational issues.
The aim of Employment Services is to ensure individuals receive the right support, education and training in order to secure an independent future through meaningful and sustainable employment.
Youth Projects also provides wrap around services for young people experiencing multiple and complex issues with non vocational barriers to employment.
Personalised support
Youth Projects employment services support young people to prepare a resume, enhance interview skills, provide career advice and ensure Centrelink requirements are met, as well as providing support to deal with family issues, mental health issues, disability, homelessness and drug or alcohol issues.
Youth Projects has computers, printers and internet access available for clients to use to update a resume, search for jobs and apply online, access career and training resources and other information.
Youth Projects’ doors are open to everyone, whatever the individual needs, Youth Projects provides the right support to match job seekers to the right job and to keep it.
