Youth Projects is part of a consortium awarded a Youth Connections contract, a program created to replace the previous Youth Pathways program, designed to service young people at risk of disengaging or already disengaged from education.

Commencing in January 2010, Youth Connections provides a holistic approach to supporting young people in a personalised and tailored way.

Engaging or re-engaging young people into education or further training, family and the community, enables young people to have a future with increased opportunities and in turn greater independence.
